Hs-1146 Vehicle-milling Composite CNC Lathe with Double spindle and double turret cnc lathe

1146Y is a cnc lathe under development, with a maximum machining diameter of Ø46, a maximum machining length of Ø100, a maximum spindle speed of 4500rmp, a chuck size of 6” (hollow chuck), and the number of turrets is a brick tower with a mouth angle.

 1146Y is a compound lathe with two spindles and two turrets with Y-axis cnc lathe.

Most of the turrets use tools with driven heads, making it easy to switch tools and improving machining flexibility, and the twin spindles allow for more uniform forces, reducing tool vibration and improving machining accuracy and surface quality.

Due to the improved machining efficiency, the overall energy consumption may be reduced and the economy is better.

Acceptance Procedure:

(1)After the debugging is completed in the seller's factory and the inspection is qualified, pre acceptance and processing of the test pieces are carried out. After the acceptance is qualified, both parties sign a pre-acceptance report before shipment can be made.

(2)After the debugging is completed in the buyer's factory, the inspection is qualified, and the CNC system function demonstration is approved, the test piece will be processed, and free training on operation, programming, maintenance, etc. will be provided at the same time. After passing the inspection, both parties sign the final acceptance report.

(1) The equipment has protective devices such as voltage stabilizing devices, leakage protection, and power-off protection. The safety protection devices are complete and reliable, and conform to GB15760-1995 General Technical Conditions for Safety Protection of Metal Cutting Machine Tools.

(2) Provide the total gas consumption and total power consumption of the machine tool.

(3) Machine tool samples and three-dimensional drawings of machine tool appearance can be provided.

Warranty and after-sales service

(1)After the acceptance of the machine tool, the whole machine shall be guaranteed for one year (except for consumption supplies and vulnerable parts).During the warranty period, our company will regularly or irregularly guarantee and repair the sold machines.


(2)During the warranty period, when the machine tool and accessories are damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing, the company's service personnel will respond quickly within 4 hours and arrive at the site within 24 hours to repair or replace the parts for free.   


(3)Parts and services are provided free of charge during the warranty period.


(4)Upon expiration of the warranty period, the seller is responsible for lifelong maintenance and providing relevant technical support and spare parts supply services, while the buyer is responsible for maintenance and spare parts costs.This includes the technical improvement of the machine tool manufacturer and the software upgrade.When the machine tool and accessories are damaged or cannot work properly due to poor manufacturing, the service personnel of the company shall respond quickly within 4 hours and arrive at the site in the province to repair or replace the parts within 24 hours.The warranty period of the parts purchased or replaced is not less than 6 months.
