  1, the power supply after the test: the system operator interface on the various indicators is normal, whether the various buttons and switches are in a normal position; display screen with or without alarm prompts; hydraulic and other pressure gauge value is in the required range; control of the electrical cabinet box of the cooling fan is normal; tool and rotary tool table is clamped, the tool has no damage; guide bushings, collets adjusted appropriately.


  2, power off the check: not power on the check is mainly to check the coolant, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil oil is sufficient, used in a variety of tools and measuring equipment is ready; chip groove is cleaned up, and so on.


  3、Observation after running: after running, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise, stop the machine in time when you hear abnormal sound (the time to be alert is the first working cycle); whether there is any abnormal odour in the control box, and whether there is any abnormality in the temperature.
